Its a new day in Fantastic City. At the Fantastic P.D, Lydia is handcuffed to the table in the interrogation room, when the guard opens the door, and lets Lucas in. Lydia sighs. “What are you doing here?” Lydia asks. “I came to check and see how you were doing.” Lucas says. “How’s Zoey?” Lydia wonders. “I don’t know. My first stop was to come and see you.” Lucas says. “That’s surprising. I figured you would want to go and check in on your girlfriend.” Lydia says. “I have no idea what happened last night…” Lucas says. “I think it was pretty clear what happened. You and Zoey got drunk together, and then one thing led to another.” Lydia says. “That’s what I don’t understand. I only remember having one glass of wine!” Lucas recalls. “Maybe you blacked the rest out.” Lydia suggests. “Its possible, but I can’t see myself cheating on you under any circumstances, even drunk.” Lucas says. “Why not? You cheated on Bethany with me, and you also happened to be drunk when you did that.” Lydia says. “You know what the circumstances were.” Lucas notes. “I really do. You cheated on your current significant other with your ex because you had unresolved feelings for her. That sounds familiar.” Lydia says. “I don’t have feelings for Zoey! I barely even consider her a friend! The only reason I’m even helping her is because I don’t want to be responsible if something were to happen to her. That’s why this doesn’t make any sense! Under no circumstances would I EVER cheat on you, least of all with Zoey!” Lucas says. “But you did.” Lydia points out. “I can’t believe what a mess this is...not just what happened between Zoey and I, but the predicament you are in. You are facing serious charges, you could end up spending years in prison.” Lucas says. “The stakes of my situation are not lost on me.” Lydia says. “Have you called a lawyer yet? I could call one for you.” Lucas says. “I would sooner rot in prison for the rest of my life than accept help from you. All I want from you is for you to leave!” Lydia snaps. “I don’t want to leave you.” Lucas says. “You left me the moment you fell into bed with her.” Lydia says. The guard comes in. “Times up.” The guard tells Lucas. Lucas sighs. “I’m not going to give up on you, and I promise, I will get to the bottom of what happened last night.” Lucas says, before walking out.

In an undisclosed location, Dylan and Daisy are both unconscious in bed. Daisy’s eyes begin to open, and when she turns her head, she sees Dylan lying next to her. Daisy begins shaking him. “Dylan, wake up!” Daisy tells him. Dylan’s eyes open. “Huh? What is it?” Dylan asks. “What are you doing in my bed?!” Daisy asks. Dylan notices that they are in a bed. “I could ask you the same question. Where are we?” Dylan asks. “The last thing I remember, my father knocked you out with his gun, and Andropov injected me with something. Is it too much to hope that someone got us out of there?” Daisy asks. “No one was left to get us out of there.” Dylan says. “What are you talking about?” Daisy asks. “The last thing I remember, you, me, Bethany, Andy, Rebecca, and Brady were all trapped in Doctor Andropov’s lab, when gas began coming through the vents. Honestly, I’m surprised we are even still alive. When I saw that gas, I thought for sure your father was trying to kill us.” Dylan says. “Maybe he did kill us...maybe we’re in hell!” Daisy suggests. “Daisy, come on. If that were the case, would I be here with you?” Dylan asks. “That’s what would make it hell.” Daisy argues. “Come on, is that anyway to speak to the man who traveled halfway across the world to save you from your evil AI of a father?” Dylan asks. “Oh my God, how did I know you were going to throw that in my face? Its not very heroic to brag about your heroic deeds.” Daisy says. “I’m not bragging, I was just reminding you.” Dylan says. “Well, just so you know...I really do appreciate you coming to help me. No one has ever done anything like that for me before.” Daisy says. “To be fair, you’ve never been kidnapped before...that I know of, anyway.” Dylan says. Daisy laughs. “I can’t argue with you there.” Daisy says. Dylan looks around. “So, any idea where we are?” Dylan asks. “I don’t think we are on the boat anymore, but something about this place seems awfully familiar.” Daisy notes. Dylan and Daisy stand up when they hear the doorknob turning. Dylan’s eyes widen when an alive Andropov enters the room! “Ah good, the two of you are awake!” Andropov says. “Okay, maybe you weren’t too far off the mark when you suggested we were in hell.” Dylan tells Daisy. “Why do you say that?” Daisy asks. “Because I killed him!” Dylan reveals. “You certainly gave it your best effort, didn’t you? Driving a scalpel through my chest, how cruel.” Andropov says, with a pout on his face. “You were about to use that scalpel on Daisy, I think it was well deserved.” Dylan says. “What?!” Daisy asks. “Yeah, I caught this lunatic about to use a scalpel on you. He had it aimed at your stomach.” Dylan says. “My stomach? Oh my God, it was the baby, wasn’t it? That’s why my father said he wouldn’t need me to carry my baby to term, he was going to have you literally remove it from my body!” Daisy realizes. “Is that even possible?” Dylan asks. “My friend, anything is possible when a touch of genius is involved, or in my case, a lot of genius.” Andropov says. “There is no way a procedure like that is safe! What were you even going to do with the baby after you removed it from me?! Put it in an incubator?!” Daisy asks. “Of course not, that would be unnatural! Instead, I was going to transfer the baby from your womb into Bethany’s! That way, your father’s future bride would be the one to give birth to his future heir, and the two of them could raise your child together! But, per usual, HE had to go and ruin my plans!” Andropov growls, while pointing at Dylan. “At least you’re a fast healer. How did you recover from death, anyway?” Dylan asks. “What can I say? Cheating death is a talent of mine.” Andropov says. “So what are you doing here, anyway? Did you come back to take my baby?” Daisy asks. Andropov chuckles. “As it happens, your father is no longer interested in your bastard child.” Andropov says. “Then he must’ve sent you here to kill us.” Dylan assumes. “No, no, no! I am not a hired gun! The Evil Force has henchmen for that sort of task! Besides, as I understand it, he does not plan on killing you. Not yet, that is.” Andropov says. “Why is that?” Daisy asks. “Because, your father has big plans for everyone in this house.” Andropov vaguely states…

In another bedroom, Andy is pacing as Rebecca is sitting on the bed. “You should sit down and save your energy for something more useful.” Rebecca says. “I can’t help it. Here we are, locked up in this room, The Evil Force is still out there, and for all I know, that lousy son of a bitch could be doing something to Daisy and my baby!” Andy yells. “I’m sorry, you’re right. You have plenty of reason to be worried.” Rebecca says. “No, I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have yelled like that.” Andy says. “You’re worried about your baby, its understandable why you would be on edge.” Rebecca says. “Just worrying isn’t going to get me anywhere. We need to find a way out of this room, and we need to find The Evil Force and the others.” Andy says. “I couldn’t agree more. There has to be a way out of this room, and we are going to find it.” Rebecca says.

In another room, Evil Kristina enters, holding a tray of food. “Here you go, my dear. I realize the last time I brought you a meal, you were not very receptive. But, I’m hoping perhaps you have mellowed since then. Perhaps you were feeling a little sea sick, and that is what caused you to be so hostile during our last encounter.” Evil Kristina suggests. “After what you did, you really think I’m going to treat you with anything other than hostility? You are seriously delusional.” Bethany can be heard saying. It is revealed that Bethany is locked inside of a giant cage! “I understand why you would be offended by your accommodations. But, it is not all that bad, hm? I’ve provided you with a queen sized bed, with the finest sheets, blankets, and pillows known to man. I’ve even taken the liberty of providing you with a vanity, makeup, and a built in bathroom.” Evil Kristina says. “Gee, with kidnappers like you, who needs friends?” Bethany sarcastically asks. “I really don’t want you to feel uncomfortable, Bethany. Your quality of life is very important to me.” Evil Kristina says. “Then let me go! If you cared about me at all, you wouldn’t be keeping me hostage in a cage! But you don’t care, because I’m nothing but a trophy to you, a prize you are trying to win.” Bethany says. “That isn’t true. I see you as an equal, someone who can rule this planet with me, someone who will hold just as much power as I will.” Evil Kristina says. “Sorry, not interested.” Bethany says. “Who are you trying to fool? We both know how much you hunger for power and stature. It is what bonded us.” Evil Kristina says. “Oh for God’s sake, we never ever bonded! I manipulated you to get my company back! It was never about love, it was never about wanting to rule the world with you, I just wanted my damn company! That’s all! I couldn’t care less about being with some lunatic that has been brainwashed into thinking they are someone else!” Bethany yells. “Please don’t do that, don’t be like the others. We both know you are not like them, so don’t lower yourself to their level with this nonsense that I am not The Evil Force.” Evil Kristina says. “You aren’t The Evil Force. The only thing the two of you share are his memories, otherwise, you’re just Kristina Cat with a unique case of amnesia.” Bethany says. “You don’t mean those things. Clearly, you are not in your right mind, it must have been the gas.” Evil Kristina says. “What gas? Andropov stuck a needle in me, I don’t remember any gas.” Bethany says. “Some of your friends from Fantastic City attempted to take you away from me, so I had to neutralize them with a toxin. Unfortunately, you happened to be in the room in that time. Fortunately, you were already unconscious.” Evil Kristina says. “But...I still inhaled the toxins?” Bethany asks. “Of course. But do not worry, they were non life threatening.” Evil Kristina says. “But there could still be side effects. I mean, that definitely explains a lot…” Bethany says. “What are you talking about? Is something wrong?” Evil Kristina asks. “No, no. Everything is fine.” Bethany says. “Please don’t lie to me, Bethany. If something is bothering you, I would like to know about it.” Evil Kristina says. “Its nothing...I mean, I’ve had a headache since I woke up, I’ve been feeling kind of woozy.” Bethany says. “I don’t like the sound of that, I’ll go get Doctor Andropov. He can examine you.” Evil Kristina says. “No, that...that isn’t...necessary.” Bethany says, before collapsing! “Bethany! Dear God…” Evil Kristina mutters. Evil Kristina unlocks the cage door, and rushes to Bethany’s side. “Bethany, can you hear me?” Evil Kristina asks. Bethany opens her eyes, and punches Evil Kristina! Bethany stands up, and kicks Evil Kristina in the head! “Psyche you wack job.” Bethany says, before running towards the door. When Bethany opens the door, Brody is waiting on the other side, holding a gun! “Oh my God, Brody?!” Bethany asks. “Hello Bethany, fancy meeting you here.” Brody says, with a smirk on his face!

In another bedroom, Someone can be seen standing over Brady’s bed. Brady begins to open his eyes. “Kristina?” Brady asks. The person is revealed to be Kristina, who smiles at him! “Yeah, its me, Brady. Its really good to see you again.” Kristina says. “No, I’m not falling for that again. You tried this before, and then when I fell for it, you stole my gun and took me hostage.” Brady says. Kristina sits on the bed next to Brady. “That was The Evil Force, but trust me, I’m the real deal.” Kristina says. “Its really you?” Brady asks. “Yeah...I mean, sort of. Truth is, I’m not physically here, and The Evil Force is still in control of my body. Ew.” Kristina says. “I...I don’t get it. If The Evil Force is still in control, how am I seeing you?” Brady asks. “Do you remember how when you were trying to break through to me, you told me how strong our love is? You weren’t wrong. I wanted to come out so bad, believe me, but what Andropov did to my brain...its too strong.” Kristina says. “Stronger than you? I doubt it.” Brady says. “I have been fighting to come back ever since Andropov replaced me with The Evil Force. You’ve been right all along, I’m still in there, but I’ve been pushed to this really dark corner of my mind. I can’t move, I can’t talk, I basically don’t exist.” Kristina says. “But you’re here now.” Brady notes. “I couldn’t break through The Evil Force’s hold over me, so I had to find another way to reach you. I wanted to tell you that no matter what The Evil Force says, I can hear everything you’ve been saying to me.” Kristina says. “Really?” Brady asks. “Absolutely. By the way, I really have to give you credit for saying all that mushy stuff, it must really kill you.” Kristina says. Brady chuckles. “Its not easy wearing my heart on my sleeve like that.” Brady says. “I know, but its really doing a lot to help me. I’ve been struggling to, and there have been times where I felt like giving up, but you’ve been keeping hope alive in me. I don’t know if your little pep talks will be enough for me to break out, but I do know that they are keeping me going. So, thank you for fighting for me, and thank you for never giving up on me.” Kristina says. “I’m never gonna give up on you, I’ll keep fighting for you until the day I die if I have to.” Brady says. Brady begins to reach for Kristina’s hand.
Brady jumps awake. Brady looks around the room, and sees no sign of Kristina. “Kristina? Are you here?” Brady calls out. No answer. “That might’ve been a dream, but I know you were really here. I’m never going to give up, Kristina. I won’t stop fighting until you are back home.” Brady says.

Back in Fantastic, Lydia is still handcuffed to the table in the interrogation room, when Josephine walks in. “Good morning.” Josephine says. “Morning...what am I still doing up here? I thought I would’ve been brought back to my cell by now.” Lydia says. “I’d like to ask you some questions about last night. Of course, you have the right to not say anything until your lawyer gets here.” Josephine says. “Trust me when I say that there isn’t much point to asking me about last night, because I don’t even remember much about it.” Lydia says. “What do you remember?” Josephine asks. “I remember finding Lucas and Zoey in bed together. But, everything after that is pretty much a blur.” Lydia says. “I assume you know why you’re in custody though, even if you don’t remember much of it.” Josephine says. “Yeah. I lost control and I strangled Zoey.” Lydia says. “Is this the first time you’ve lost control like that?” Josephine asks. “No, it isn’t. I don’t want to go into much detail, but earlier yesterday, I lost control and did something that was pretty out of character for me.” Lydia says. “And this was before you attacked Zoey?” Josephine asks. “I was arrested right after I attacked Zoey, so I didn’t really have much time to do anything too crazy after that. I have a question, do prisons have psychiatrists? Because I’m starting to think I may need one.” Lydia says. “You don’t know that you’re going to prison.” Josephine notes. “But you think I will, don’t you?” Lydia asks. Josephine sighs. “I’m gonna be blunt, the charges are serious. Right now, you are facing an attempted murder charge, which is bad enough, but Zoey’s condition is still up in the air, and if she dies...you’ll probably be charged with first degree murder.” Josephine admits. “Which would probably mean life in prison…” Lydia realizes. Josephine hands Lydia a phone. “You should probably call your lawyer now.” Josephine says.

At the hospital, Acerbi is on the computer, reading an article about Evil Kristina still being at large, and having kidnapped Daisy and Bethany. “Tsk tsk, clearly whatever memory transfer that amateur Andropov performed also erased what little bit of sanity you had left.” Acerbi says. “You know all about lacking sanity, don’t you?” A voice asks. Acerbi looks up, and sees Lucas. Acerbi smirks. “Make no mistake, Mr. Cambino. The crimes I committed were not a result of insanity, simply evil.” Acerbi says. “I’d argue your infatuation with Wishbone was the result of insanity.” Lucas says. “One could say the same about Lydia’s love for you. Is there something I can help you with?” Acerbi asks. “Yes, actually. I was looking for an update on one of your patients, Zoey Kellers.” Lucas says. “Ah yes, Miss Kellers. She is becoming a regular in my hospital.” Acerbi notes. “Unfortunately she was hurt pretty badly this last time, do you know if she is going to be okay?” Lucas asks. “She hasn’t regained consciousness yet. However, I have given her a proper examination, and it would appear she will make a complete recovery.” Acerbi says. “Thank God, and thank you for telling me.” Lucas says. Lucas goes to leave. “Wait!” Acerbi barks. Lucas turns around. “Is there something else I should know about Zoey?” Lucas asks. “This isn’t about her. I spoke to Lydia yesterday, prior to the incident. She confided in me that she wanted your relationship to work. In fact, she was going to find you so that the two of you could hopefully resolve your problems. If only you had the same devotion to her.” Acerbi says. “I am devoted to Lydia.” Lucas says. “Please! If you cared at all for Lydia, you never would have fallen into bed with that home wrecker!” Acerbi argues. “I don’t even remember falling into bed with Zoey! I remember having one glass of wine, that’s it. Not nearly enough to get drunk off of.” Lucas says. “And you remember nothing else from last night?” Acerbi asks. Lucas contemplates for a moment. “Wait a minute...there’s more. I remember Zoey and I were talking, and she kissed me.” Lucas says. “She apparently did more than just kiss you.” Acerbi comments. “There’s more! After Zoey kissed me, I pushed her right off of me, and told her that I was in love with Lydia and committed to making our relationship work. That’s why last night doesn’t make any sense! Why would I reject Zoey and then backtrack?” Lucas questions. “Perhaps you weren’t drunk. Have you considered the possibility that you were drugged?” Acerbi asks. “Are you suggesting that Zoey drugged me?” Lucas asks. “You seem fairly adamant that you would never stray, and you also seem rather confident that you didn’t drink enough to blackout. The only other explanation is that you were drugged.” Acerbi says. “Is there a way to find out for sure?” Lucas asks. “The glass you drank from last night...do you know if it has been washed?” Acerbi questions. “No. Between Zoey being strangled and Lydia being arrested, I haven’t had much time to do dishes.” Lucas says. “Bring the glass to the hospital lab, they can test it for any substances.” Acerbi says. “What if the wine from the glass is all gone?” Lucas asks. “The substance will likely still remain on the interior surface of the glass, so long as it hasn’t been washed.” Acerbi says. “I guess its worth looking into, especially if it will prove that I wasn’t willingly unfaithful to Lydia.” Lucas says. “Then there is no time to waste. Go retrieve the glass. The sooner you can find out if Zoey drugged you, the sooner you can prove your innocence to Lydia, assuming you even are innocent.” Acerbi says.

In Bethany’s room at The Evil Force’s hideout, a gun wielding Brody escorts Bethany back inside. “What the hell are you doing here?!” Bethany asks. “Such harsh language! Is that any way to talk to someone who use to hold such a significant place in your heart?” Brody asks. “Oh please! I never loved you! What was between us was purely sexual and adrenaline based, I never felt anything for you.” Bethany says. “You certainly know how to wound a man. We did have some fun though, didn’t we? Just think back to the good old days! Remember back when we use to sell weapons together? That was pretty exciting, no?” Brody asks. “Those days are long behind me.” Bethany says. “I hear you’ve gone through quite a few changes since those days. Lets see, you lived out your dream by opening your very own bakery, but it apparently wasn’t that big of a dream because you abandoned it rather quickly. What was that hole in the wall called again? BLT Bakery?” Brody asks. “B-T Bakery, you idiot!” Bethany says. “With a name like that, no wonder it flopped. Then, you had a brief stint as a talk show host with my cousin Katie, but that flopped too, which I suppose is to be expected when your co host makes paint drying look like a thrilling affair. And last but not least, we have your most ambitious career move, taking control of Stanpatos Enterprises from your hubby Alexios, may he burn in hell. You’ve certainly come a long way from being a coffee shop waitress and a street thug, haven’t you darling?” Brody asks. Bethany goes to slap Brody, but Brody grabs her wrist. “Careful where you swing that thing! Don’t forget I’m holding a loaded gun, we wouldn’t want me to accidentally pull the trigger as a reflex, now would we?” Brody asks. “Go to hell!” Bethany snaps. Brody smiles. “You really are gorgeous when you get fired up. Its one of the very few things I miss about you.” Brody says. “What are you even doing here?!” Bethany asks. Evil Kristina stands up. “I can answer that question.” Evil Kristina says. “Oh boy, this party keeps getting better and better.” Bethany sarcastically says. “I hired Brody solely due to his history with you. I thought he would have a clear idea on how to handle you.” Evil Kristina says. “Nobody handles me, and if you are going to hold me prisoner, you’d do well to remember that.” Bethany says. “Well your confidence has certainly evolved since I last saw you, though you still seem a little squeamish when you have a gun pointed at you. Is that a result of the PTSD Alexios gave you when his man tried to kill me but accidentally shot you instead? That was amusing.” Brody says. “Stop antagonizing her. Your job is to keep her in line, not torture her.” Evil Kristina says. “Whatever you say, I’ve had my fun anyway. Time to go back in your cage.” Brody says. Brody leads Bethany back into the cage, and then closes the door. “Your food is on the table. I suggest you eat, if you intend on keeping your strength up.” Evil Kristina says. “If it means not having to listen to your psychotic fantasies and his arrogance, I think I’d rather starve to death.” Bethany says. “Charming, isn’t she?” Brody asks. “Outside, now.” Evil Kristina tells Brody. Evil Kristina and Brody walk out into the corridor. “Is something wrong?” Brody asks. “I don’t care for the way you are treating her. She is our guest, she is to be treated as such.” Evil Kristina says. “You’re keeping her in a cage, I wouldn’t exactly call her a guest. On that note, if you don’t mind my asking, what is it about her that has made you go to these extreme lengths to keep her? I admit, she’s easy on the eyes, but I don’t understand how anyone could love her. She’s a total bitch!” Brody notes. “I don’t love her, but she is still the perfect woman to rule my dynasty with me, and to give me a child.” Evil Kristina says. “And how do you plan on getting her pregnant when you are in a woman’s body? Besides that, Bethany has no interest in you.” Brody points out. “There are other ways to impregnate a person that do not involve the old fashion method. As for Bethany’s interest in me, I have already come up with a solution to fix that little problem.” Evil Kristina says. “That doesn’t sound creepy at all.” Brody says. “You are dismissed.” Evil Kristina says. Brody goes to walk away, but then stops. “Is there something else?” Evil Kristina asks. “I was just thinking...I’ve always found Kristina to be pretty attractive, despite being BFFs with my dearly departed ex wife Maya.” Brody notes. “Take your flirtations elsewhere, I am in no mood for them. And if you ever utter anything like this to me again, you will regret it.” Evil Kristina says. Brody sighs. “Fine...what do you want me to do next?” Brody asks. “I need you to make a special delivery to some of my other guests.” Evil Kristina says.

Dylan is sitting on the bed, as Daisy looks around the room. “What are you doing? Sight seeing?” Dylan asks. “I’m trying to figure out why this place looks so familiar...wait a minute! I got it!” Daisy says. “This is where your father brought his victims to die?” Dylan asks. “No! This is where I basically grew up! So, even though my father never really gave a damn about me, he did provide my mother and I with a roof over our heads, and this was the house!” Daisy says. “So this is your childhood home?” Dylan asks. “More like childhood castle.” Daisy says. “You grew up in a castle?” Dylan asks. “I did. I mean, it was mainly for my mother’s benefit. My father kept us around because she was of use to him, so he never wanted her to be too far out of reach.” Daisy says. “Really? Sounds like a lovely wholesome family. Real sitcom like. You must’ve liked living in such a big house though.” Dylan says. “No, not really. It was always kind of lonely here. There aren’t any other houses for miles, my father arranged for me to be home schooled up until high school, which is when I put my foot down and demanded I go to a public school like a normal kid. But yeah...I didn’t get out much because there really wasn’t anywhere for me to go, I didn’t have any TV because my parents banned it, it was just me and my dolls.” Daisy recalls. “That sounds incredibly boring.” Dylan says. “It was. Even after I finally started going to public schools, I was so shy from my lack of human interactions, I didn’t make any friends. I even joined the cheerleading squad for the sole purpose of meeting new people, but I could never get out of my own way. I would want to talk to someone, but all of these worries and doubts would start filling my head, and I’d just back out, and continue to be the weird girl that sits alone at lunch and never says anything to anyone.” Daisy says. “You’ve come a long way since then.” Dylan notes. “Not really. I’ve had three friends in my whole entire life. There was Victor, who was more of a mentor while I was learning how to be a good lawyer, Andy who I only met because Victor fixed us up together, and then you, and you already know that we didn’t grow close in a conventional way.” Daisy notes. “Conventional is pretty dull though.” Dylan says. Daisy smiles. “I couldn’t agree more.” Daisy says. The door knob turns, and Brody walks in. “Good morning friends, I trust you slept well.” Brody says. “Who are you? One of my father’s goons?” Daisy asks. “I don’t like the word “goon”, I much prefer mercenary, and I don’t exclusively work for your father, I work for whoever is willing to pay me good money.” Brody says. “That’s great! Okay, I would like to make you an offer. How does five hundred grand sound, and in exchange, you help us escape?” Dylan asks. “Five hundred grand? That’s not even close to what The Evil Force is paying me!” Brody says. “Well that’s my final offer.” Dylan says. Daisy glares at Dylan. “What?” Dylan asks. “What do you think? Now isn’t the time to be a cheapskate, offer him more money!” Daisy demands. “Okay, okay, fine! Six hundred grand, take it or leave it.” Dylan says. “Piss off!” Brody tells him. “You got five million dollars from Lydia when the two of you divorced, and all you can offer is a measly six hundred grand?!” Daisy asks. “Okay, I guess I could go a little higher.” Dylan says. “Don’t bother, The Evil Force is paying me way too much for you to be able to top.” Brody says. Dylan looks at Daisy, and shrugs. “I tried.” Dylan says. Daisy rolls her eyes. Brody places a tray of food on the end table. “Anyway, your gracious host has asked me to bring the two of you some food. Its a little moldy. Of course, he specifically stated he didn’t want to get too fancy with his brain scrambled nemesis and his incompetent, psychologically challenged, bug eyed, midget of a daughter. Those were his words, by the way. I happen to find you quite attractive, and you are totally working that baby bump.” Brody says. “Leave it to Daddy...he’ll be standing over my corpse, yelling at me for not being dead enough.” Daisy remarks. “While I’m here, can I just say what a pleasure it is to finally meet you? I’m a huge fan!” Brody tells Daisy. “What?” A confused Daisy asks. “Don’t act so surprised! All the turmoil you caused Bethany and Rebecca was truly inspired! You know, maybe when this is all over, you and I could get a drink somewhere. Once you pop the baby out, of course.” Brody says. “She’ll pass.” Dylan says. Brody pulls his gun out, and points it at Dylan. “I don’t recall asking you, mate.” Brody coldly says. “No, but you did ask me. I’m not interested.” Daisy says. “Surely you aren’t still infatuated with my cousin Andy.” Brody says. “Andy is your cousin?” Dylan asks. Brody smiles. “Surprise.” Brody says. “You definitely aren’t Victor’s son, which means you must be Acerbi’s son!” Daisy realizes. “Brody McKay, pleasure to meet you. Sorry I couldn’t be there for your wedding to Andy, but being wanted by the authorities kind of prevented me from being there. Oh well, there’s always the next one. Who’s he marrying next? Rebecca? Its so hard to keep track, he’s been getting around quite a bit these past few years.” Brody says. “You brought us our food, you got turned down by Daisy, is there something else we can help you with?” Dylan asks. “Eager to get rid of me?” Brody asks. “I’m eager for anything that will shut you up.” Dylan says. “Alright, I won’t bore you for a second longer. But don’t worry, you haven’t seen the last of me.” Brody says. Brody turns towards Daisy. “Especially not you.” Brody says, as he winks at her. Brody then walks out. “What a sleaze. Given what I’ve heard about Olivia Acerbi, I’m not surprised he comes from her branch of the family.” Dylan says. Daisy smiles. “You know...Brody being a sleaze could work to our advantage.” Daisy says. “Oh no...I recognize that look in your eye. Its the one you get when you come up with a wildly ridiculous scheme that is bound to blow up in your face!” Dylan says. “Its not going to blow up in my face!” Daisy objects. “See? You have something cooked up, and I’m telling you right now Daisy, it won’t work! Whatever it is.” Dylan says. “Well...going by Brody’s interest in me, I wouldn’t be too sure.” Daisy says. “Oh my God! You can’t possibly be considering doing what I think you’re considering doing!” Dylan says. “That was a mouthful. But really, I seriously doubt you have any idea what I’m thinking.” Daisy says. “You’re thinking of seducing Brody.” Dylan accuses her. “Okay, I stand corrected.” Daisy says. “Are you out of your mind?!” Dylan asks. “At least he’s handsome.” Daisy says. “He’s a sociopath!” Dylan points out. “You don’t know that.” Daisy says. “He was pointing a gun at us and he works for your father, need I say more?” Dylan asks. “Look, I’m not suggesting I actually go to bed with the guy. But, I don’t think it would be a terrible idea to capitalize on his attraction to me. I’ll make Brody think he is going to get somewhere with me, I’ll get the drop on him, and then you and I will get out of here. Genius, right?” Daisy asks. “Its terrible.” Dylan says. “It could work! I know its risky, but it might be our only way out of here.” Daisy says. Dylan contemplates.

Back in Fantastic City, Betty is with Lydia in the interrogation room of the police station. “Its bad, isn’t it?” Lydia asks. “Well it certainly isn’t good. Regardless of the circumstances, attacking a defenseless person like that is considered a serious crime.” Betty says. “How many years could I end up serving?” Lydia asks. “If we were to make a deal, I could possibly end up getting your sentence reduced to five years. That’s assuming Victor would even agree to a plea deal, which is a big if. There are other alternatives. Not to be insensitive, but I know you have a checkered history with mental health, is it possible that pushed you to attack Zoey? If so, we could use that to our advantage, and possibly get you sent to an institution rather than the state penitentiary.” Betty says. “I can’t go to another institution! I’ve already lost so many years of my life to one, I don’t want to lose anymore.” Lydia says. “I understand that, but if you are sick again, please understand that prison isn’t going to help you get any better! In fact, incarceration could deteriorate your mental health even further.” Betty points out. “I really have no idea what I’m supposed to do.” Lydia confesses. “I understand. For the time being, we’ll focus on getting you released on bail, though that could prove difficult. Given your considerable wealth, the judge could end up denying you bail fearing that you may flee the country, and if that’s the case, you’ll be trading your cushy mansion for a dark prison cell, at least until a resolution is reached in the case.” Betty says. Lydia begins to cry. “I’m totally screwed. Not only is my relationship with Lucas over, but my entire life is over.” Lydia cries.

At the hospital, Lucas hands a baggy containing the wine glass to a lab technician. Lucas also hands the tech a one hundred dollar bill. “Put a rush on those results, will you? I need them as soon as possible.” Lucas says. “I’ll see what I can do.” The tech says, before walking away. Lucas approaches Zoey’s room, and walks inside. When he enters, he sees that Zoey is still unconscious. Lucas pulls up a chair, sits by Zoey’s bed, and then leans in close to her. “If I find out that you did drug me, that you’ve been actively sabotaging my relationship with Lydia...I will make you wish you had never been born.” Lucas whispers into her ear. Zoey’s eyes begin to open. “Good, you’re awake. You had me worried for a minute.” Lucas says. “Where am I?” Zoey asks. “In the hospital.” Lucas says. “The hospital? Did the mob come after me again?” Zoey asks. “No, it wasn’t the mob, it was Lydia. She attacked you.” Lucas reveals. Zoey thinks for a moment. “Its starting to come back to me...Lydia strangled me, after she found you and I in bed together.” Zoey recalls. “You’re remembering right.” Lucas confirms. “I...I can certainly understand why Lydia was upset, but I can’t believe how unhinged she became! I know I looked the other way when she pulled that knife on me, but I can’t do that this time, Lucas. Lydia nearly killed me, and she has to pay the price.” Zoey says. “I understand why you feel that way. People who do terrible things deserve to face the consequences. So, do you happen to remember anything else that happened last night?” Lucas asks. “Such as?” Zoey asks. “I know you and I somehow ended up in bed together, but I don’t have the foggiest memory of how we got there. I was hoping maybe you could fill in the blanks.” Lucas says. “Okay...how much do you remember?” Zoey asks. “Strangely enough, I remember everything up to you kissing me and me pushing you away. Everything after that is a blur.” Lucas says. “The night didn’t end when you pushed me away, Lucas. You continued to drink after that, I joined you, and we both got pretty wasted. After that, one thing led to another, and...you know what happened next. Neither one of us were in our right mind.” Zoey says. “That doesn’t excuse me cheating on Lydia.” Lucas notes. “I hope you aren’t excusing what Lydia did to me either.” Zoey says. “I’m not, I’m just pointing out that I royally screwed up.” Lucas says. Lucas’ phone goes off, and he sees its a text from Acerbi, asking him to meet her at the nurses station. “Excuse me, I’ll be right back.” Lucas says. Lucas stands up, and exits the room. At the nurses station, Lucas approaches Acerbi. “What’s going on?” Lucas asks. “The test results are in.” Acerbi says. “What? Already?!” Lucas asks. “I handled the test personally, I made certain that it was quick, out of respect for Lydia.” Acerbi says. “And? What did the results say?” Lucas asks. “Your wine was indeed laced with a powerful sedative. Given the dosage, I’m surprised you woke up at all last night.” Acerbi says. “So I was drugged…” Lucas says. “Indeed you were.” Acerbi confirms. A furious Lucas storms back into Zoey’s room. “What kind of game are you playing?!” Lucas asks her. “Game? I’m sure I have no clue what you’re talking about.” Zoey says. “Cut the crap, Zoey! I know I was drugged last night!” Lucas yells!
