VICTOR/JULIA/VIRGINIA/LUCAS
Now that Joe is out of the picture, the race for District Attorney takes center stage, as Victor and Julia pull out all the stops to discredit each other and to make themselves look good in the process. After their first debate, Julia’s mother Virginia hops on the first flight to Fantastic, desperate to get her out of town. As the story unravels, it becomes clear that Virginia has a secret she is terrified will be revealed, and getting Julia out of Fantastic could be the only way to keep it buried. Meanwhile, viewers can expect to see Lucas and Julia’s friendship develop more as Lucas is there for her through her campaign. However, her friendship with Lucas could provide Victor with the ammunition he needs to paint Julia as unfit for the job. At the same time, :Lucas continues to grieve for Lydia, and must now begin thinking about her memorial.

VIRGINIA GRAY
Upon arriving in Fantastic, Virginia quickly establishes herself as a force of nature. Her first order of business? Getting Julia out of Fantastic. However, Virginia’s attention is diverted when she learns Kaylie is not only engaged, but she’s engaged to a man. Though Virginia will be busy dealing with the messy lives of her children, she’ll also have problems of her own to deal with when she encounters someone from her past in Fantastic City.

KAYLIE/BETHANY/XAVIER/DYLAN/DAISY
Bethany is certain Xavier is holding something over Kaylie’s head, and sets out to get to the bottom of things by recruiting Rebecca to investigate him. Eventually, Kaylie finally confesses to Bethany what Xavier is using to force her into marriage, but is there anything Bethany can do to help her? Meanwhile, Xavier begins causing problems for more people than just Kaylie as he enters the Stanpatos family’s orbit. Armed with a mysterious agenda, Xavier corners Daisy with damning information, with the intent of turning her into his own personal weapon against Dylan. With Daisy being forced to do Xavier’s bidding, could this spell the end of her relationship with Dylan?

LAWRENCE STANPATOS
Lawrence is on his way back to Fantastic City, and needless to say, he isn’t as everyone thought he was. Lawrence returns with the intent of reconnecting with his family, however when he comes back, he finds that the Stanpatos family is in the midst of chaos. Lawrence claims he wants to help, and ends up making an Earth shattering reveal to Dylan about a family secret going back decades. But all of this begs the question, does Lawrence actually want to help? Or does he have his own agenda?

ANDY/REBECCA
On the heels of Joe’s reign of terror, Andy and Rebecca finally have room to breathe, at least where super villains are concerned. Not only do they have a wedding to plan, but Rebecca is recruited by Bethany to investigate Xavier, and Andy learns not only if he’ll be going to prison for pulling a gun on Joe, but also if he’ll still be able to work at the Fantastic P.D. However, as the season nears its end, expect a terrifying enemy from the Goo family’s past to come back and haunt Andy and Rebecca. How does this enemy plan on getting their revenge? By getting to Andy and Rebecca through their daughter. By the time season 4 rolls around, Andy and Rebecca will be in for the fight of their lives.
